Magazine Antique Mall is located in the New Orleans Uptown Area on historic Magazine Street. Magazine Street is known for its abeyances and its less formal eclectic style of antiquing. The mall is location within the Garden District of New Orleans . The Garden District area is known for its historical architecture with several examples of Victorian and Queen Anne style housing within walking distance. You can take the Street Car from Downtown New Orleans along historic St Charles Ave (Riding below the large several hundred year old Live Oak Trees.) You would get off on Eight Street and walk the 5 small city blocks towards the Mississippi River to Magazine Street. Once on Magazine Street the Magazine Antique Mall is located just several shops towards the left. The 6500 plus square foot multi dealer Mall is nestled among other locally owned restaurants and unique boutique style shops. This area of Magazine Street is good for a good afternoon event with more than enough small shops and restaurants to spend the day enjoying a unique shopping adventure.
